HPFT Welcome App app for iPhone and iPad

This app is designed to provide you with some easy to navigate digital information and will support any paper based information you may have received with your first appointment letter. The app will provide:

· Information about the Trust

· What you can expect when you visit us and what support you will receive

· Who to contact in a crisis

· Frequently asked questions and useful contact numbers

· Links to information on the Trust’s website

It also enables you to add appointments into the calendar on your phone and create notes that might be useful for you to refer to when you speak with someone.
